This week brought on a new home school year to our home. At the end of the day, when Monica graded their work, she found that Will did his first math page with no errors. It is good to see him, and the rest of the children, have a great start to the year!
Tuesday, we all were able to spend time sitting in the Living Room after work. I am enjoying the time I am able to spend with the kids.
Wednesday was a great day at the house. We had the packing company pick up the trash from all of our boxes that we had piled on the porch. I also received my shipment of belongings from Korea. The day ended with the kids going to AWANA. Jenny is always a joy, even on long late days like that one.
With the arrival of my belonging from Korea, thankfully, included my PlayStation. This gave me a chance to spend time with Mary Catherine as we played some games together. We’ve played several games of Call of Duty on the split screens.
At the end of the week, we took at family walk to the parade field as the sun was setting. It provided a nice time for some photos, but also some mosquito bites to seal the memory.
As things get settled and my time begins to become more predictable, and hoping to return to more regular blogging. Now, it is just good to enjoy weeks like this one spent primarily with my family…simply enjoying being together.
