In effort to stay in shape, and even get into better shape, I’m trying to find creative ways to stay motivated to walk on the treadmill. So, this weekend, coinciding with the new month, I am challenging myself to walk 24 days in March. Each day, I plan to walk for one episode of the 2001 season of the TV show 24. If you remember the suspenseful show depicts the action in real time making it a great way to keep my attention while I walk. The funny thing is that, if it works, I will have 8 seasons to work through over the next 8 months. I wish I had thought of this earlier!
