As I reset from my recent surge of activity, I am assessing how it suddenly took me by suprise.
It is an honest assessment that I got quickly overwhelmed, but it also provided tat opportunity to reevaluate the time management plan.
I just spend the last four days teaching the entire Task Force a class on stress management. This was a one hour class that I taught to the units in small groups. During this class, I was able to look at my own situation and see some of the changes that I need to make to get me back on track.
One of the biggest ideas I kept looking at was; “Get Organized.” So, I’ve taken some time this weekend to do that–which has help–coupled with last week’s effort to get control over my schedule–this week promises to be a time to get out of the vortex I found myself in.
So, how do you get back on track once gotten out of control?
