This week’s High Points were:
I ran the Rocky Steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. I visited the inside last week, but I had to actually run the steps before I left Philadelphia. I added the steps onto a four mile run along the Schuylkill River Trail. I enjoyed the run so much I did it the next day as well. It was nice to be in shape enough to make that run enjoyable—it was also a beautiful morning at 0500. Oh, the second day I did the run, I had a group of young people singing the Rocky song as I ran.
Through a briefing by the Army Center for Enhanced Performance, I took some time to really focus on one of my major goals right now. I enjoyed the briefing and I think I walked away with a good plan for facing any goal that I may have.
Being gone for two weeks made me want to get back home to my family. It was good to see the kids when I got home after a very long day on the road Friday. I have a great family and, most of all, a great wife who holds it all together. Make sure you check out her blog to see how truly wonderful she is.
