The action continues to unfold in Infinite Crisis #4 with a feature on the “younger men” of comic books–Dick Grayson and Conner Kent.
Finally having the time to sit and read, after several busy work days, I was excited to read the middle issue of the Infinite Crisis. This book features the younger generation of heroes. I am amazed to see that so many heros are younger–in this issue there is Nightwing, Superboy 1 and 2, Supergirl, Powergirl, Kid-Flash, and the Teen Titans. I’ve always enjoyed the Titans; they have always provided good match-ups. Unfortunately, I haven’t watched the Teen Titans cartoon–I know its out there, but I rarely take the time to watch TV. This book is a good reminder that there is a young generation out there and so many stories to follow.
On other thought that I had while reading is about Batman. He softens. There is also the idea that much of his “issues” are driven from Alexander Luther’s sinister plan. My thought is that maybe I may begin to read Batman starting with the One Year Later series. It would be a good addition to my collection.
Infinite Crisis #4 begins to answer the questions that will lead to the solution of the the Crisis, and the future of DC Comics. It is a good read, I’m ready for #5.
