Every now and then, I get an itch to play chess. I am not very good, but I love to play. One day, I would like to get better, so sometimes I take a few moments to study a little before life gets in the way. It was during one of those moments that I discovered Chescademy.com. I really enjoy the few moments that I spent there before I had to focus on other things, as my schedule became very busy.
Chescademy is a site that teaches people to Learn, Train, or simply provides an opportunity to play chess and improve your play. The site does all of this for free. On the learning section, the site has six area of classes that lead to up to 17 different short classes in playing the game. In the training section, the site gives you puzzle to master and to work through. Each teaches you a little more about the options that you would have from those positions. The play section gives you an opportunity to play against the computer and allows you to select the level of chess to play. The site uses a registration form for you to log in, but this allows the site to help you grow as a player by keeping up with your progress.
Chesscademy.com was a great opportunity for me to grow and I plan to spend more time there and build my chess game. So, with excitement I recommend chesscademy.com as today’s pick of the week—check it out and see for yourself!
