One of the CBS News blogs had a post discussing “Socialnomics” and how the social media revolution is changing the way we gain information from marketers and news agencies. Included in the post is an embedded video describing the “Social Media Revolution”. I highly recommend the video and the article if you are interested in the phenomenon of social media and its growing impact on society.

During a briefing on self care for Chaplains and other care givers, it was recommended to key a record of daily moods to measure how we are doing in taking care of ourselves. It makes sense that if you track you moods to will be alerted to troublesome patterns that you may not see otherwise. So, I went looking. I found one chart that I may use, but it seems a little more clinical that I am looking for…so I may wind up using a similar format for tracking. It really doesn’t seem like rocket science.
