Sitting here in Grafenwhoer, Germany (pronounced Grafen-vere). The meetings are all done. And the counseling for the day was light. I was actually able to do some studying–not enough, mind you, but some.Â
Sometimes, I have a hard time admitting that I REALY need to study more. There is always something “more important”–when many times it is not. It is hard because the people around me work so hard at whatever it is that they do–it sounds almost wimpy for me to say “I’m studying.” But, I must come to grips with the fact that sometimes the best thing I can do for the team is to study and get to know God more. The more I know him–them more I can communicate His love to those I am called to serve.
Time to go to bed–no mattress, just springs–sleeping bag, no sheets.
