We are planning on grilling fish tomorrow night for supper. I needed a reference book, and the first one I turned to was the Betty Crocker Grilling Made Easy book. It is the first one I always turn to.
I have four or five grilling book. I have been trying to grill every Saturday this summer, but it is usually hamburgers and hot dogs. The hot dog grilling instructions have made a big difference in how I grill hot dogs, the hamburger instructions are close—if not exact to those recommended by Bobby Flay in another book I own. We even used their recipes for “foil packets” during hurricane Irene to much success.
This book has become the most used and trusted grill book because of it’s simplicity. I’m not food smart. We are going to the store and buying frozen fish. I don’t know what kind they—I know it matters but I just don’t have that experience. The recipe that we will use is “Fish Steaks”. That is perfect for me. There are more advance recipes, but you can not beat the simple instructions provided.
