In my years of using computers…which is really about 20, I have learned one first step to solving the glitches that happen on your computer. That little step is the restart.
With the restart, the computer powers itself down and then powers itself back to life. Many times, as I understand it, as the computer restarts it does a system check and attempts to right every wrong that had occurred with computer before powering down. Sometimes I will hear the grinding on the hard-drive as it is moving the codes around to fix the glitches.
Our life sometimes needs the same process. Many times this is from a stressful time and many times this is from a thematic experience but more often than not, it actually occurs when we go to sleep. As you sleep your body is taking its time to work through many of the wrongs that happen to you during the day. It takes time to process all this data.
One of the most frustrating things about restarting a computer is how long it takes to process all its data to get up and running. It is not uncommon that I try to rush the process, to no avail, as it goes through the process. How many times in our life do we rush the process of our sleep, by neglecting to get a good seven or eight hours of sleep?
The process of the restart is imperative to living healthy. We should not rush it. In fact, in will only make matters worse. So, give yourself permission to take the full restart. You may have to go to bed earlier, but to get the optimal restart this time is required.
