Last Wednesday, I was able to speak at a Domestic Abuse Awareness Month briefing for one of our units. It is always a great opportunity to speak to groups. I wish I could do more.
This morning, I was reading a book called “Die Empty” by Todd Henry, and as I read, I thought about the many opportunities that I have to speak. I also thought about the joy I find in speaking. This is one area that want to pour myself into and perfect.
I don’t know if speaking is a thread through everything I do–but it certainly is a big part of what I do, and a passion of mine.
I look forward to many more opportunities to speak in the future and different ways that I can represent Christ to our world.
