It has been over six months since I started Weight Watchers, and I can say, it is paying off. I am just about done—my final goal is 165. It needs to be a good number for me. Who sets a goal for 168? So, I’ve got about three pounds left—which will take me about four weeks to lose.
I receive plenty of comments from people who have watched me over the past year. It feels great to be smaller and healthier. And no—as I get asked—I didn’t starve. I ate basically what I wanted to eat, just a little bit less. If fact, if I had eaten better—more vegetables and better meats—I probably would have lost faster. I have kept up with my M&M habit of eating a Dixie cup a night—although, I measured it now only be a third of a Dixie cup to equal 4 points. I have continued my joy of McDonald’s—just a little more limited.
I’m excited about losing the weight. I let you know when I am done.
