Magic happened for me this weekend as I had a really good game in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.
I played Call of Duty a couple of times on Sunday—a little bit after church. Then, Jenny wanted to play a little after dinner. We play for about thirty minutes or so, before she went to bed. And since it was on and Monica was reading, I said to myself, “Why Not?” So, played a little more.
I had been playing fairly well that day with a Kia/death ratio (KDR) anywhere between .60 and 1.20. The “Christmas Noobs” who got the game on Christmas we’re still learning there way around and as such the population of the players increased as well. This definitely helped my scores, but I also was able to practice more over the last week.
The last game lined up perfectly for me to have my best game ever ending with a KDR if 2.20. I was ecstatic! I had the best time with that game as well as it was moving fast for me and everything seemed to be working out. I didn’t realize that I had such a good KDR until the game was over, so I was surprised to see my score.
It was a reminder to me that with work, I can do well. I will never be at the top, but I can definitely complete.
