My plant is parched. It needs water. It didn’t need a lot of water when I first got it, but it does now.
I like plants and appreciate them—but I kill them…eventually.
Monica and I had a Peace Lilly for several years from our wedding. I kept it alive by one simple principle—when it was looking nearly dead, I would water it. I didn’t start out that way, I really wanted the plant to be alive and vibrant and full of flowers. But I would forget to water it and it would, like my plant now, become parched.
So if you are thankful for your plants…water them.
I need to water mine, now, before I forget.
