After being in Germany for a couple of years, I hadn’t given my truck much love. In fact, the truck rested at my parents house for that time. Given a deployment prior to moving to Germany, it hasn’t received much love in a while.
A couple of weeks ago, I was inspired by the Mecum Auto Auction and the Barrett-Jackson Auto Auctions to spend some time getting my truck back in shape.
After a trip to the local car wash, I went to my local AutoZone and asked for advise on the products I could use to take it to the next level.
The worker handed me Nevr-dull magic wadding polish to put on my hub-caps. I took some time this afternoon to try it out. I was completely amazed at how the polish worked on the chrome. I wasn’t expecting much. I had anticipated some had work and scrubbing. I didn’t have much tarnish, but some that looked like it wasn’t going anywhere–especially after attempting to wash it a couple of days ago.
I can not recommend this product enough. The wadding material, like cotton, was easy to use and there was only light scrubbing on some of the more difficult spots. I used it on the bumpers as well. Nevr-dull is definitely a well kept secret, but if you are detailing your car, it is a must.
