Some days are just like today. In fact, many days are just like today. I guess that’s why they call them “ordinary!
I wake up at 0400 and do PT (physical training 1. Today was a three-mile run, other days it is either yoga or upper body high intensity interval training or HII T. This is followed by the busyness of showering, dressing. breakfasting, and hopefully a short amount of time reading and drinking a cup of tea.
I began to make my way to the bus around 0630 for my ride to work. This gives me great time for resting and thinking before I get to the office.
Being winter, it is dark as I walk from the bus stop to my office. It is also dark when I leave the office for my bus ride home. This return bus ride gives me a chance to allow the day in the office to be left in the office before I get home.
I am now at home waiting on dinner to be finished cooking. After dinner, I hope to play a
couple of games of Call of Duty:
Vanguard, followed by reading, followed by sleep.
As I said, fairly ordinary. Repetitive and simple. Just the way I like it.
