Over the next couple of days, we’ll be–unintentionally, but very clearly, counting down the days to the end of this block leave period. It has been good to be home with the kids and Monica. I think I have been able to spend some special time with each of them during this time. I look forward to the coming days and weekends that I have to spend with them.
Tonight, we are going to watch Hollywood week on AFN Family. We could’ve watched it earlier in the week–but why not watch it all at once?

Did you know, one thing my older kids actually miss is AFN commercials!? We’ve been Stateside 2 years now, and I still hear about them.
