I do PT(Physical Training)Â just about every morning, except Saturday and Sunday.
This has consisted of a four mile run and then a workout after lunch to wake me back up again to finish the day. I am trying a new program of long runs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with weight lifting and push-ups and sit-ups . Interval training on Tueday and Thursday.
I did great on Wednesday and Thursday.
Friday morning, I woke up at my normal 0430 and realized I was very tired. I was too tired to turn over. But, I HAD to get up to workout. So at 0500–the deadline–I stood-up. It was then that the voice of my body said–“Oh no, you don’t.” And I realized the pain I put my body though on my first day of interval training. I laid back down for another hour.Â
I’ll try again starting Monday.
