Ok, so I’m trying to lose weight.Â
Tomorrow we have a weigh-in and I have to be under 200 pounds to pass–and I pass that which all of my uniform on, boots and all. (If I am 71 inches tall tomorrow morning–yes, I need to hang from the ceiling and stretch tonight)
But, I want to lose wait. My minimum is 140, if you are interest–which means I could use a decrease of about 30 pounds to make me, not have to worry about this thing ever again.
So, this month–I am going to start focusing on my weight.
Do you know how hard that is?
I work in an office where we distribute candy to Soldier’s daily!
I eat fairly well, but it is always a temptation to see all of those goodies laying around.
Right now in my office there is an unopened box of 10 packs of Oreo cookies and an unopened box of 40 Rice Krispie Treats. (Not to mention the boxes of Girl Scout Cookies stashed in my room!)
The Bible says:
“Temptations to sin are sure to come, but woe to the one through whom they come!” (Lk 17:1, ESV)
Well, yeah!! Woe to me!!!
But, I found a pound of Twizzlers in a box today. The package says–fat free. That’s good isn’t it–that is a safe food to eat, right? One serving eqauls 110 calories (10 from fat)–which is four Twizzlers.
I just at 2 Twizzlers–I so dead.
