I am faced with decisions over and over about how I am going to spend my time, but on National Video Game Day, I reflect on the awesome games I often neglect.
I try to remain focused on Call of Duty, primarily because the skills are so perishable for me. I enjoy the game and I want to improve so most of the time available to play video games, I play Call of Duty.
However, sometimes I really want to spend time working my way through any of the Kingdom Hearts Games (I, II, or III). These are the stories of the adventures of Sora as he works with Disney Characters to pursue different quests. It was based on the Final Fantasy series. I played this for hours when I was deployed in 2008 and then recently Disney published Kingdom Hearts III, but I still haven’t spent enough time on. Along those same lines is Final Fantasy XV, which is another story-based game that takes hours—if not days to complete. And I have Tomb Raider, the Definitive Edition.
I really enjoy the idea and the playing of these large storyline games, but my biggest obstacle is time. This is not even taking time to work through the campaign modes of most of the Call of Duty games I own.
