Going back to work this evening, I thought about the changes that are always happening in my life. One of the best ways to see the changes, is by taking a peek at my desk. To give you another glimpse of my life, here is a list of what I currently have piled on my desk.
(Look back at What’s on my desk 16JAN15 and compare!)
In the far left corner is my:
Wooden Mickey Mouse
Cross letter holder
The pile of wires is my Sony ear phones and my CAC card reader for Army emails.
There is a stack of Billy Graham Bible Memory Cards—that I do not spend enough time with.
My Pencil holder.
The stack of books contains my kindle (on top), The Message Bible, two books by Eugene Peterson (I’m planning to conduct a study of his works soon), and my genealogy researching notebook.
Just underneath the books is a group of four safety pins from the “Rock the Parkway” Half Marathon.
There is a random USB drive (the I found in the truck) and a red pen.
Pocket size “UnGame” (I’m slowly working on a project to ask the kids questions in an audio file format)
Grundig Satellite 750 Shortwave Radio
My Bible (ESV), Journal (Leuthtturm 1917), Lamy Safari Fountain Pen, and a stack “The Baseball Scorecard for Children”
A can of Chupa Chups, my Mickey Mouse clock, my Mickey Mouse Mug Warmer, “The Ultimate Baseball Scorekeeper”, and the Spring 2016 edition of Samaritan’s Purse “Prayer Point” magazine.
Caffine-free Diet Coke with ice
HP Computer with mouse and school projects I’m working on
What you cannot see in the photo, in the front left corner is my iPad and iPhone.
