You’ve heard me say: “Today, I worked on my in-processing” everyday for two weeks. I’m almost done—honest. Today, I was able to work on the Battery (or company for non-artillery types) level in-processing. This was the most fun because I got a chance to meet some of the people that I’ll be working with and interacting with.
The Army is full of fun and interesting people, and there are always stories to swap. It is good to begin to get to know these Soldiers and make friends. I’ve got a little more to do tomorrow to wrap up my in-processing; then I’ll start working more and more with the Brigade on Monday.
I’m looking forward to the weekend to finally finish un-packing my study and begin to enjoy this wonderful place called El Paso!
