During the summer, I was introduced to High Intensity Interval Training by watching Joe Wicks on his YouTube channel. When he finished the “P.E. with Joe” series, I turned to another source to plan and lead my workouts. I discovered the Down Dog work out app. The app is incredibly easy to understand and tailor to the needs of each day’s workout. Typically, I do full body on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and Abs on Thursday. The app also makes it easy to adjust to ability and fitness level. It has been an incredible addition to my workout regime.
