Outside my window, there is a balcony. There is enough space to put a small patio set of table and chairs. The view out here is a full view of Mount Franklin. While we don’t have chairs up there, yet, and the temperatures have not been as favorable to sitting for long periods, we still have enjoyed being able to walk out and see the mountains. We look forward to the time when we can sit in the evenings after a hot day and feel the cool evening.
I visited Hope Chapel this morning. It is a contemporary service that would most match the needs and desires of Soldiers in my Brigade, so I will probably get engaged there very soon and be able to preach for time to time.
I also finished up my quarterly review today. Typically, I spend more time with it—but this time, it was important to simply have some goals down on paper. In March, I plan to do a full and detailed review. I’m looking forward to the next two months—there is much I can accomplish and there is much to see and do!
