As the weekend comes to a close, I realize that I have not played Call if Duty once this weekend.
On one hand, this fact makes me realize that this is one of the reasons that I am not any better, or—frankly—I am not going to get much better as a player. I have other things to do. Being a quality player takes time to practice and to play—over and over again. I played nearly every weekend and at some portions of the year every day when I was Korea. I only improved a little. This is compared to the people who have hours to play every day and have been playing for years.
This is not a complaint, however, some of those online are amazingly good. But I have other things to do. I will continue to try to improve, but the reality is that even as hard as I try, I will be the guy that is at the bottom of the score chart of each game. But in some ways, I think I might be the one having the most fun, because I simply will be enjoying playing the game.
