Over the last two weeks, or so, I have been doing my PT with my son, Will. I stumbled onto a YouTube channel that was offering “live” daily workouts for families. We’ve had a blast with it ever since!
The YouTube channel is The Body Coach and every weekday at 9:00 AM in Great Britain, he starts his live workouts. Unfortunately, the time on the US East Coast is 4:00 AM. So, we watch the recording at 6:00 AM or 6:30 AM.
I’ve enjoyed getting to know the host, Joe Wicks, and his entire family as they have all participated and even joined him for a Good Morning Britain interview.
During this crisis, I have been very intentional about getting in better shape. I struggle with working out, based on living on top of a hill, having to go for my runs early, and trying to figure out how to work on my upper body strength. So far, this has provided a good workout for me. Being able to spend time with Will and enjoying working out with him has also been a great benefit to the morning workout.
